Job Description:As a Travel Consultant at The Singing Grass, you will be responsible for:Assisting clients in planning and booking their adventure and experience trips to exotic destinations, including mountaineering, hiking, and safari experiences.

Providing exceptional customer service with a customer-centric mentality, ensuring that each client’s needs and preferences are met with enthusiasm and efficiency. Demonstrating a go-getter attitude and energetic approach to sales and customer interactions. Communicating fluently in English and either Bengali or Hindi to cater to our diverse clientele.

Working collaboratively with head office personnel to coordinate bookings, resolve issues, and ensure smooth trip operations. Having the opportunity to visit the company’s international properties to gain firsthand experience and knowledge of our destinations. Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Requirements:Fluency in English and Bengali or Hindi. Energetic attitude with a passion for adventure and travel. Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.

Ability to work remotely and collaboratively with team members. Willingness to travel occasionally for training or company-related purposes. Salary and Benefits:Annual base salary starting at INR 250,000.
