Job Description:
Unacademy is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and goals
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, resolving any issues or concerns they may have
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide regular updates and reports to customers on the status of their accounts
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers
- Monitor customer usage and engagement to proactively address potential churn risks
- Drive customer advocacy and referrals through outstanding service and support
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Resilient and driven attitude to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Superior problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
