Job Summary:

• Responsible for Acquiring and Managing IndusInd Bank BC Point to fulfil the value proposition of IndusInd Bank as rural Branded Banking service point.
• Lending and Managing portfolio of innovative unsecured retail and Personal loan on assigned state. 
• Managing a large network of Best-in-class rural Branded Banking Service point as per compliance. Enhancing revenue streams for Merchant as well as Bank through innovative Micro lending, Transactions, Liabilities and other Product.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• State Head will be responsible for Managing 100+ field staff in assigned territory and Acquire Best in class Merchant.
• Responsible to achieve sales target both asset, liability and Branding by successfully managing the reporting team.
• Responsible for tracking and improving Manpower Productivity at all levels. Co-ordination with Head office team for backend support.
• Responsible for creating and manage a large and healthy unsecured individual Business loan Portfolio. Responsible for 100% on time collection. Carry out pre and post loan disbursal activities for business loans, and work towards renewal of loans.
• Complete ownership of recruitment, training, KPIs setting, and performance monitoring of reporting team and managing them efficiently. Responsible for overall P&L for assigned territory.
• Responsible for Ensuring adherence to policies and processes, correct procedural flaws and appropriately address any possibility of fraud.
• Responsible for managing internal and external Audit compliance. Ensuring portfolio quality with a robust collection mechanism and delinquency management.
