Role Overview:
The Management Trainee will be immersed in various strategic and operational projects within the Founder’s Office, providing crucial support and learning opportunities. This role is designed to build a comprehensive understanding of business consultancy, systems integration, and client management.

Strategic Support and Analysis:

Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement within client organizations.

Support the development of strategic plans and project proposals aligned with business goals.

Project Management and Execution:

Help manage and coordinate projects related to Zoho system implementations and other consultancy services.

Participate in meetings, assist in preparing presentations, and track project progress.

Client Interaction and Documentation:

Support client engagements by preparing reports, user guides, and documentation related to Zoho implementations and business solutions.

Assist in conducting client needs assessments and gathering requirements for tailored solutions.

Training and Development:

Engage in training sessions and workshops to build knowledge of Zoho products, business processes, and consultancy practices.

Contribute to the creation of training materials and support user onboarding activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Zoho Analytics.
