Role Overview:

The Management Trainee will be immersed in various strategic and operational projects within the Founder’s Office, providing crucial support and learning opportunities. This role is designed to build a comprehensive understanding of business consultancy, systems integration, and client management.

1. Strategic Support and Analysis:

• Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement within client organizations.

• Support the development of strategic plans and project proposals aligned with business goals.

1. Project Management and Execution:

• Help manage and coordinate projects related to Zoho system implementations and other consultancy services.

• Participate in meetings, assist in preparing presentations, and track project progress.

1. Client Interaction and Documentation:

• Support client engagements by preparing reports, user guides, and documentation related to Zoho implementations and business solutions.

• Assist in conducting client needs assessments and gathering requirements for tailored solutions.

1. Training and Development:

• Engage in training sessions and workshops to build knowledge of Zoho products, business processes, and consultancy practices.

• Contribute to the creation of training materials and support user onboarding activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Zoho Analytics.
