Exp : 4- 10 YearsWork Location : Bangalore/ Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Pune/ Mumbai / Kochi/ Trivandrum/ Coimbatore/ Jaipur/ kolkata/ Bhubaneshwar/ IndoreWork Mode : Work from OfficeJob Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to support business operations and decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure visualization aligns with business objectives.Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic initiatives.Optimize existing dashboards for performance and user experience while adhering to best practices in data visualization.Provide training and support to team members on data visualization tools and techniques.Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data visualization and analytics.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.Experience: 6-8 years of experience in data visualization and analytics, with a strong focus on Power BI or Tableau.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, including advanced features (e.g., DAX, calculated fields).Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive business insights.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders effectively.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
