Job title: Key Account Manager
Division/Department: Franchise Management
Job Purpose: Responsible for thriving the sales and revenue of our franchises to an extraordinary level.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Revenue generation of the various franchisees and meeting their revenue targets will be a major responsibility
- Maintaining relationships with existing franchisees and engaging with them to evolve business models
- Involve in brand awareness building programs and new product communication programs for all franchisees
- Involve in handling the branding & marketing campaigns to thrive the sales of the franchise
- Keep the franchisees motivated and assist them with all the contingencies
- Liaise with the Marketing and Business Support team on the planning of setting up the Franchisee operations
- Co-ordinate, setup and manage new outlets opening from ground zero to smooth opening
Key Requirements:
- Must have prior sales experience
- Ready to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision and more ownership
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn and accept new challenges
- High mobility with traveling and working hours considering the importance of growth.
- Passionate about the industry and interested in service line
- Pressure handling ability with solution oriented mindset
Education : Must be a MBA in Sales and Finance
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per year
