Looking for Personal Assistant to Principal(Only Females) for a reputed School at Barasat . One must have minimum 4-5yrs of experience to apply for the Post .Applicants from nearby areas will be preferred.

Location will be Barasat

Applicants from CBSC Backgrounds will be preferred

*Communication skills have to be good

The key responsibilities are as follows:

• Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
•  Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
•  Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
•  Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.  Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
•  Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
•  Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
•  Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
•  Performing other administrative tasks, if required.
•  Assisting the Chairman, Manager & Principal in their day-to-day activities and schedule
•  Attending phone calls & transfer the calls to various departments, if necessary
•  Attending Parents/Guests that visit the school
•  Ensuring cleanliness of reception area and maintaining professional etiquette
•  Attending to the daily requirements of Teachers/Staff & Students

Skills and Qualifications

• Superb time management and detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications**

• Graduate with 4 to 5 yrs of experience

One must be Proficient in MS Office
