Total work experience: 5-10years (Hardcore hands-on experience on Sales and Marketing

Education- MBA preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
• Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
• Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
• Good Negotiator
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• This role requires to work on weekends/ holidays and weekly-off during week days.
• Strong verbal communications skills.
• Good listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively, should have a good track record and should be able to justify the achievements in sales.
