We are hiring Fresher/Experienced Candidates with excellent communication skills in English.

Position: Process Associate

Domain: Outbound Voice Process – Sales Function.

Responsibilities:
*Generating potential Leads over the phone.
*Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
*Analyzing to the customers’ needs.
*Gathering and documenting customer information as per the IQA.
*Answering customers’ questions on the products.

Qualification : Any Undergraduate/ Graduate.

Age must be in between 18+ to 35 years.

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILL IN ENGLISH IS MANDATORY

Must have valid Aadhar + PAN Card.
