The opportunity
We’re looking for Staff Consultant with expertise in Fusion Finance functional to join the leadership group of our Consulting Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.
Your key responsibilities
- Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies
- Maintenance and enhancements to existing Fusion Financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
- Participate in design reviews and discussions
- Map client requirements against Oracle eBS/Fusion Financial Modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
- Should be able to interpret functional requirements from onsite and able to deliver and design it from offshore
- Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs
- Prepare quality deliverables
- Prepare test scripts and test cases
- Conduct trainings
- Prepare quality deliverables
- Support Project Management Office (PMO)

Skills and attributes for success
- Deliver large/medium Oracle ERP programmes, demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced level of ERP knowledge and industry expertise to support delivery to clients
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.
- Must have knowledge of documenting using OUM or any other methodology
- Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team-members
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow well defined release management processes
- Ability to multi task and still stay focused on release priorities
- Must have valid passport.
- Client site work / Business Traveling involved
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 2-5 years of relevant experience working in ERP Financials with at least 2 years of experience in Fusion Financials
- Should have worked in at least 2 full life cycle implementations with at least one of the implementations on Fusion Financials
- Prior experience of Financial is required
- Good to have knowledge in FAH and Public sector implementation.
- Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role
