Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Auto Cad
• know billing and estimation
• Managing all aspects of construction for your own live project and be reporting into the Project Manager,
• Controlling all aspects of the construction works,
• Keeping the project adequately resourced with plant and materials,
• Self-performing certain elements of works,
• Monitoring and controlling all aspects of H&S,
• Controlling and managing specialist sub-contractors,
• Keeping accurate records of production,
• Providing reports on works completed, etc.

Usual Requirements:

• Extensive experience in production and supervisory role, and ideally have good bridge construction experience.
• Previous work history with the main contractor on medium or large scale project sizes.
• Extensive commitment and understanding of all matters relating to H&S and the Environment
• Demonstrated experience in directing and managing your own labour force to achieve the desired outcome, keeping in mind commercial constraints.
• Previous experience in managing specialist sub-contractors and self-performing works, with hands-on experience.
