Position: Virtual Assistant
What is a Virtual Assistant: Virtual assistants consist of individuals as well as companies who work remotely as an independent professional, providing a wide range of products and services both to businesses as well as consumers. Virtual assistants perform many different roles, including typical secretarial work, website editing, social media marketing, customer service, data entry, accounts
(MYOB, QuickBooks) and many other remote tasks. The virtual industry has changed substantially as it attracts others new to the field.
Job Role and Responsibilities
1. Answering calls/checking messages, assisting with social media, being on group calls and taking notes,
2.Booking hotels and restaurants
3.Calendar management, helping with inbound emails, Invoice management,
4.Making sure documents go out on time, Order/data entry preparing reports.
5.Researching important data, Sending follow-up emails as needed. Setting up meetings and appointments
6.Tracking clients, customers, or orders
Required Skills:
Ability to multitask
Speak and writes well in English
Ability to actively listen
Must be detail-oriented
Able to work both independently and in a team
Self-motivated
Hiring Process:
1. All submitted applications will be reviewed
2. Qualified candidate will be interviewed by Hiring Manager/ Operation Manager
3. Final candidates will participate in a “meet-and-greet interviews, where you will talk with the client and he/she will ask you basic questions to assess your understanding of the company and the position
4. Chosen candidates will be hired and usually will start training within the next week
Experience : Virtual Assistant position that has experience working with executives like CEO, should have knowledge on how to use Google Suite, and know how to do reports. Minimum Exp : 3 Yrs
Education : Any Graduate
Salary : As per Expertise
