Required Skill/Experience
• Overall experience of 4 to 8 years implementing Oracle Transport Management (OTM)
• Must have executed at least 2 end to end implementations in Oracle OTM Cloud
• Must have good Domain/Industry knowledge and exposure to processes/practices followed across Logistics, Transportation and Shipping industry
• Should have prior exposure Migrating on-prem versions to OTM cloud. Any experience in handling Production Support and/or Enhancements would have added advantage
• Good understanding of core OTM functionalities
• Should be able to conduct Discovery Workshops, CRP sessions with Customers
• Experience documenting detailed requirements, solution design, application configurations and SOPs
• Should assist in scenario definition, proof-of-concept configurations, and testing tasks
• Should have good hands-on experience in debugging/troubleshooting critical planning, rating or any configuration issues
• Should assist in creation of test scripts, test scenarios and training material
• Strong customer orientation with good written and verbal communication
