JOB DESCRIPTION
- Should be well versed with Sales databases and Contract analysis to derive quantitative insights to support the Sales Enablement function
- Ability to analyze financial statements and conduct financial analysis
- Should have a good command of calculating the financial ratios as well as interpreting them
- Should be strong in conducting financial analysis that forms part of the company profiling
- Should be able to triangulate quantitative information received from various secondary sources
- Should be well versed in the basic use of excel for calculations
- Conduct research and analysis across a wide range of assignments including market assessment & sizing, competitive analysis & benchmarking industry/sector analysis, vendor/ JV partner identification, and business plans, etc.
- Should be well versed with SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis, Porters 5 force model, BCG Matrix and more.
PRIMARY SKILLS
- Engage with prospective clients to understand and scope research requirements and propose the most appropriate solution and methodology
- Lead a team of research analysts for project delivery
- Regular client interaction and client management
- Training & mentoring new joiners on research methodology and various databases and their application in the research work
- Ability to scope, structure, and deliver work with clear visibility of timelines.
- Understanding of IT domain would be preferred
- Leadership skills
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense of structure and logic
SECONDARY SKILLS
- 5 – 7 years of experience in Research and Advisory domain
- A Post Graduate Degree in Management from a premier institute is preferred
- Any Industry/Sector knowledge would be an added advantage
- Excellent at number crunching and deriving insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
