Urgent opening for Factory Supervisor (From apparel industry only)

Location- Sreerampur

Job Role:-

• Assigning responsibilities to production employees
• Coaching employees
• Supervising and monitoring employees
• Conducting reviews for personnel performance
• Compiling production records
• Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly
• Preparing work schedules
• Maintaining quality service
• Ensuring production plans are completed in time
• Communicating with other manufacturing departments
• Identifying and troubleshooting production issues
• Ensuring and maintaining safe work environment

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Minimum of a 10+2 Degree.
• Fresher and experienced both can apply.
• ·Should be hard working, ready to multitask, self-motivated.
• Ability to lead a team and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong analytical skills and can work in fast aced environment.

INTERVIEW TIMING: 5PM onwards

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
