Roles at this level are responsible for providing assistance on digital transformation initiatives, being part of the project teams. Key Role & Responsibility : Operational : – Participates in cross-functional implementation projects for digital initiatives on a global basis. – Collaborates closely with internal and external partners. – Contributes to the development of a digital vision and direction – Ensures implementation of project execution strategies, – Monitors and reports digitalization improvement initiatives for successful execution – Understanding of Linde tools and software being used within functional departments Interfacing & Alignment : – Internal and external co-ordination with other EN disciplines, IT, internal customers – Individual contributors for small to mid size projects – Working on tasks assigned with little supervision. Experience : 3 to 5 years Education qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline or Information Technology Experience : 3 to 5 years
