Job Role

E-Commerce customer support voice support

Take calls over the phone which involves working in different time zones,

Handling customer calls and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.

Flexible to work in shift.

Requirements

Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Good technical knowledge

Experience : Any Fresher & experience in customer service role

Shift : Rotational Shift/ Flexible to work in Night shifts

Education : Any undergraduate/Graduate/ Post Graduate can apply
