• Strong experience in Drafting and negotiating enterprise Service Level Agreement, Master Services Agreement, software customer agreements, SOWs, DPAs, technology partnerships & Contracts.
• Data privacy and data security regulation and practice, particularly as applied to a Technology / IT Services business.
• Candidate should have ability to draft commercial agreements and should be able to coordinate with clients.
• Ability to develop legal strategy and objectives
• Good professional ethics and integrity.
• Good class of interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to anticipate legal issues or risks.
