- Agency Development Manager (ADM)/ Deputy Agency Development Manager Agency Business Partner ChannelReports to : Branch Manager ABPJOB DESCRIPTION : – Recruit /Train Agency Managers and Advisors. – Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets – Enhance Agency Manager earnings based on vintage – Focusing on advisor and Agency Manager retention. – Focus on Customer retention. – Generate sales leads through Agency Managers and advisors by upselling and cross selling of product mix – Branch development through recruitment and social networking skillsPERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & COMPETENCIES –
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team of Agency Managers and advisors –
- Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
- Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills
- Location: Must have stayed in the same location/vicinity for more than 2 Yrs.
- Educational Qualification – Any Graduation
- 2-8 Years of experience in Sales from any Field -FMCG, Pharma, FMCD, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Consumer Durables, Telecom.
