Job Summary

We are a travel service provider based in Kolkata and branch office at Mumbai. We cater to all kind of travel and tourism requirements such as FIT, GIT, MICE and Air Ticketing for our clients. Within a very quick span of time we have become one of the most trusted tour operators in regional markets. We mainly deal in leisure travel segment.

We have very urgent requirement of Travel Consultant who have sound knowledge of Domestic as well as International destinations. Candidate must have relevant job experience for this post.

It is In-House Job, no outdoor visit.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Attending the customers’ calls.
• Handling customer inquiries in daily basis.
• Need to speak with client in daily basis.
• Preparation of Travel Itineraries / Packages.
• Product development and marketing of new products, such as Holiday packages.
• Having sound knowledge in International Destinations like Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, Bali and Europe.
• Contracting with Hotels and resorts.
• Finding new suppliers and bonding with them for getting best rates.
• Sending e-mails to the suppliers or communicating with them for better quotation.
• Contracting with Suppliers.
• Attending various travel & tourism fairs.
• Booking and Reservation.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Experience

• Freshers may also apply.
• Candidate must have minimum 1-2 years of experience in Travel Industry.
• Candidate should handle the similar kind of roles in previous organisation.
• Previous job appointment letter or experience letter is mandatory.

SKILLS

• Fluent in English, Hindi and any regional language.
• Good interpersonal skills

Education

• Bachelor or diploma or MBA in Tourism (Highly preferred)

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
