Responsibilities

Training:

• Work with respective functions within warehouse to Lead and drive process

training and ensure Training is established as a culture within the warehouse

• Take initiatives within the boundary of Training to impact productivity
• Identify training needs using various techniques and ensure it is met
• To ensure structured approach to end to end Training Process
• Design and update Process and Quality related training contents
• Ensure employees are trained on process parameters to ensure compliance
• Should have know-how of different backend systems in Warehouse (such as:

WMS, Order Management System, LMS)

MIS and Reporting

• Should be able to drive/monitor KPIs impacting training
• Should be able to work on data for analysis and reporting w.r.t training

Skills /

Qualification

Required

• Warehouse/ e-Commerce Experience
• Knowledge of Local Language (Spoken and Written) is mandatory
• Excel working and Presentation skill
• Post-Graduation (Preferred MBA)
