Hiring Accounts Manager for Website Process in US Shift.

Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with clients during and after website setup, and ongoing for the life of the customer.
- Gather requirements from the client and communicate them to the Delivery Manager.
- Call new customers immediately after the sale to establish a relationship, explain the process, and gather customer requirements.
- Ensure that delivered websites are meeting client expectations.
- Act as liaison between customers and the delivery manager.
Qualifications
Must have website Process Experience (International Outbound Voice).
Should have relevant experience of minimum 2 years.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Must be flexible with US shift.
Additional Information
- Five Days Working in a week
- Saturday & Sunday fixed off
