JOB REQUIREMENT

• Knowledge of screening & acquisition of software developers is a must.
• Up-and-comer should have no less than 3 years in corporate area.
• Should have the option to regulate all of Human Resources practices and cycles.

• Selecting, screening, talking of expected competitors
• Furthermore, to help the association through improvement, commitment, inspiration and maintenance of human resources.
• Should have Human Resourcing experience in Software Industry
• Must have Human Resourcing experience in Software Web development Industry
• Software developer recruiting experience.
• Able to manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding.
• Must be able to handle investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts.
