Applications are invited from Smart and Dynamic Women professionals for the positions of Executive Assistant and/or Personal Secretary to the Managing Director (MD) of an well established IT and E-Commerce company with strong competence in software product engineering and having country-wide business activities.

Note:

Age Limit for applicants – 36 years

Fresh Graduate Women may apply for the positions of Trainee Personal Secretaries or Trainee Operations Executives

Job Location options: Kolkata, Bangalore and New Delhi (Delhi NCR)

The company provides manage Enterprise software services and is about to commence an E-commerce division as well .

Primary role of the incumbent would be to work closely with the Managing Director (MD) of the company in business operations. Contributions can be made proactively across multiple areas of operations.

Key responsibilities –

– Remain consistently involved with all the aspects of the MDs work and be responsible for planning, organising, scheduling and subsequently analysing the week to week activities for the MD.

– Provide close and consistent support to the MD in order to help him to be more effective in all aspects of his job as a business leader.

– Schedule and coordinate activities pertaining to day to day business operations.

– Preparing documents and reports for internal meetings within the company, and business meetings with customers.

– Proactively participate in business meetings and presentations, taking minutes of meetings.

– Coordinate business development activities and digital marketing initiatives.

– Organising promotional events for company’s software products and services.

– Ensure a good visibility of the company in the Internet space through promotional campaigns on the web and electronic media.

– Coordinate corporate communication.

– Preparing MIS / Analytics Reports by extracting/ exporting relevant data from ERP System in Excel format and using features of Excel.

Desired Applicant Profile

Education –

Graduate or Post-graduate degree in Science / Commerce / Technology / Management would be preferred.

Age – Between 22 and 36 years

Experience – 1 to 6 years of relevant experience

Experience of at least 1 years in similar position of Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant/ Secretary / Executive Assistant would be preferred, though exceptions can be made in select cases depending on the profile of the applicant.

A mature, critical thinker and reflective person, who can also be an extrovert and adventurous when a challenging situation calls for that, and isn’t risk-averse.

Ability to work in an organised way with an eye for details.

Should possess a strong drive for achieving assigned goals within the stipulated time.

Trustworthy with ability to manage sensitive, complex, and confidential information.

The applicant should be physically fit enough to handle for this challenging role which may need one to be alert and proactive.

Willing to travel with the MD to other cities for attending business meetings, promotional events and other official works.

Desired Professional Skills

Possess good communication skills in written / spoken English.

Must be comfortable giving PowerPoint presentations.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision with a high attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.

IT and Computer savvy and well versed with software like Outlook, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Apps.

Knowledge of other office productivity and business application software would be a plus.

Should be keen to learn new skills and enhance professional capabilities.

Salary –

Rs.20,000/- to Rs.60,000/- per month depending on experience profile, academic background and professional skills.

Remuneration is negotiable and would be commensurate with experience and capability to add value while working in this important role, as a close and trusted associate of the Managing Director.

Good contribution would always be rewarded.

Apart from fixed monthly pay, periodic performance linked incentives and allowances will be offered, which could be significant for top performers capable of demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and commitment.

Transport / house rent allowance may be offered to deserving applicants.
