Ethane Web Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager.

Qualified candidates will have the ability to work and communicate with clients to understand their requirements, and manage their backlog.

Excellent communication and writing skills are required for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities-

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Gain a detailed understanding of each client’s needs.
• Remain up to date with industry knowledge.
• Handling client queries, providing them feasible solutions and building healthy relationships thereby achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Analyzing the scope of work for clients.
• Being the interface between the clients and the company (through telephonic discussion, E-mails, Video conferences)
• Handling of all issues once a project is in.
• Handling CRM to manage leads.

Requirements, Qualifications, and Experience-

• 2+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• Expertise in relevant Loyalty & Customer Relationship Management.
• Female Candidates Preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external clients/customers while working in a global collaborative team environment.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
