Job Description:

As an Academic Counsellor, you will be expected to brief about our range of academic services to the parents and the students over the telephone and in-person as well.

You will be responsible for assisting and guiding parents and students to choose from a wide range of academic plans such that the student will benefit the most.

You will be required to answer all the queries put forward by the parents/students in the most satisfactory manner.

Your goal would be to highlight the benefits of the courses offered by us and also explain to the guardians why they should choose us and how are we absolutely different from the others in the market.

You will be required to display an interest in the student’s development by assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the student correctly.

You will be required to maintain and update daily reports pertaining to calls, progress, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Tele-counselling and 1to1 counselling
• Coordinating with parents
• Coordinating with students
• Maintaining a proper liaison with parents and students
• Must be a Graduate
