Customer Service Executive Voice for Tata Cliq (Unistore) process
Job Summary
Good Communication Skills in English/Hindi (Verbal & Written both)
Handle All calls related customer complaints & requests with Excellent in Verbal skills with no Grammar errors.

Salary Range
Monthly CTC 13000 PM for fresher & for Experience Monthly CTC 15000 – 20000 PM. Based on Versant test score.

Shifts
Rotational shifts with work from office as per Business requirement
Timing 7am to 1pm Window (9 Hours working in a day)
Experience Required
Fresher & Experience – Can apply both with good communication skills.
For experience : – Mini 06 months. or above (Must have offer letter & payslips or release letter of BPO or Contact Center)
Skill Set Required
1) Good Command Over English with Excellent writing skills with no Grammar errors.
2) Strong Comprehending skills & can assist customer on chat for any challenges.
3) Good Multitasking skills, Hands on with computer basics and should have tight Grasping ability.
4) Customer Eccentricity and Sincerity towards the assigned tasks.
5) Should have tolerant & Composed attitude (Especially while dealing with the customer on calls/Chats.
6) Should be aware of the basic fundamentals of using a computer
7) Should be flexible with shift timings.
8) Should effectively handle objections with respect to the issue customer has raised on calls/Chats.
9) Handling queries and giving timely and accurate resolution.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,540.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
