Job Purpose

  • This role is responsible to drive Postpaid Credit Verification process
  • Timely payment posting into customer account so that satisfaction level of customer remain with vi
  • This role involve high accuracy level of decision to satisfy the customer as well sales force.
  • The role focuses on onboarding customer experience
  • Pivotal cross functional influence in Credits, Collections, Marketing Consumer, Marketing, VIBS and across CS verticals
  • Ensure reduction in costs by implementing various digital modes/ innovations and increase productivity
  • The position would require to develop process and policy for achievement of Business requirement. The role is required to maintain good interpersonal and interdepartmental skills

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Credit Verification process- control intelligent cost efficient verification process to ensure healthy acquisition
  • Payment Posting and Refund Process- Ensure Timely and error free payment updation and refund logistic process and drive digital payment
  • Bill Logistics & Pre Due Date- Drive an efficient bill Logistics process with focus on cost and customer delight
  • Cross functional coordination to achieve organisational goals
  • People & Partner Management through identifying timely need of resources
  • Customer Experience- delivering customer delight by eradicating customer pain points
  • HSW & Audits- Regular audits to ensure HSW and other Hygiene norms are maintained
