Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
i) Manage Accounts, Audit, Taxation , Statutory, Banking & Finance functions
ii) Finalization of books of accounts, audit and financial reports-Balance Sheet, Profit & loss, Stock & Inventory, fund flow, Receivables/Payables, Tax audit report, various statutory returns, etc.
iii) Planning & driving strategies for cost reduction and overall smooth capital flow
iv) MIS for top management to highlight the performance of the business compare to fixed and variable costs with key points and observations
v) Monitoring inflow/ outflow of funds and ensuring utilization of same towards accomplishment of objectives
vi) Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
vii) Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
viii) ROC (MCA) related issues including compliances as per Companys Act and satisfied pending & old charges created with ROC
ix) Well versed with negotiation and facing bankers/stakeholders
Desired Skills:
Education : B,Com / M,Com in Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM in Finance
