Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow assigned sales territories within the ecommerce space, including major platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective communication and relationship building.
Manage and convert leads generated through Indiamart, understanding customer requirements and proposing relevant solutions.
Develop and nurture relationships with industrial clients, identifying their needs and presenting customized stationery solutions.
Liaise with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment and address any customer concerns related to production or dispatch.
Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to identify new
business opportunities.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events as required.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the stationery industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software.
Experience with ecommerce platforms and lead generation techniques (Indiamart) is a plus.
Understanding of the Indian industrial landscape and relevant regulations is desirable.
