Job description:

Job purpose–
Develop and implement marketing plans to meet sales quotas. Track marketing and sales data and identify areas of improvement.

Job role-

• Set marketing schedules and coordinate with colleagues and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels.
• Develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services.
• Answer questions from clients about product and service benefits.
• Maintain excellent relationship with clients through superior customer service.
• Track sales data and work to meet quotas or sales team goals.
• Analyse trends, data, demographics and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
• Help in interviewing, hiring, managing, and directing members of the company’s marketing and sales teams.
• Implement and adhere to company’s policies and procedures.

Qualification :
Minimum 10+2 (HS)

• Possess outstanding sales skills
• Ability to work in a team environment as and when needed.
