PositionExecutive – IT Support
Location
Kolkata

KRA – KPI:

  • Daily Ticket management of end User issues / Servers / Services
  • Managing and ensuring Core services like Servers, Network, ISPs and User workstations are fully functional.
  • Backup management
  • Managing all IT related inventory, services, network and IT hardware and maintaining regular reports.
  • Mail Management
  • Regular Maintenance of client PCs on Windows and Linux platform of all locations including regular audits, installations, Antivirus status, formatting etc with support from AMC providers.
  • Manage IT vendors / Requisition management
  • Providing IT support during regular or planned events / A/V environments
  • Supporting Development team wherever required.


Requirements

o Mandatory:

  • Experience in ticket based incident management and tasks
  • Should have hands on experience in handling windows servers, user management and file permissions
  • Ability to handle Remote Desktop and Virtual setup / Work from home user management
  • Working knowledge of basic office suite to manage trackers and also resolve office related issues.
  • Ability to configure mail clients / Outlook
  • Should be able to assemble PC / Check and investigate hardware basics
  • OS installation experience of Windows and Linux OS
  • Networking knowledge / Crimping and Croning / LAN setup / Wifi router configuration / DHCP management

o Preferred:

  • Hands on experience of AWS, Cloud applications
  • Previous work exp in Zoho
  • Any knowledge in basic coding / scripting
  • Exp in handling multiple locations.
  • Experience in managing Hardware firewall

o Non Technical –

  • Average Comm Skills but should be excellent in issue understanding and communicating with the end user
  • Ability to co-ordinate and manage AMC vendors / engineers / support people
  • Should be able to maintain trackers and reports and follow up on mail
  • Should be flexible to visit all Kolkata locations as per roster / requirement
  • Might have to visit other locations on a planned basis once a quarter or as per requirement.

Fixed salary + Incentives
PF + ESIC
Fixed day shift (9.30am 6.30pm), not stretchable unless very urgent
2nd and 4th Saturdays off withSundaysfixed off
Salary cycle 1st – 31st, credit date 8th of every month
