Role: Field Sales Executive
- Captain shall set up Canopy &; Standy at the counter &; get ready with all deliverables at the counter by 7.00 am.
- Meet &; Greet Customers with Smile , give his introduction &; know how can he help the customer and urge to know the requirement of coming to the shop.
- He should make his pitch based on the requirement of the customer , his budget , stage of construction &; other needs.
- He shall listen to the customer first , make friendship with him and listen to his construction needs
- He shall introduce the Customer the NuvoNirman App and show the same on his mobile. He shall demonstrate only based on his requirement and then add on the other benefits of the app.He shall urge the customer to download the app on the customer phone and make him aquinted with the app.
- He shall urge the customer to place order at the dealership and shall handover the gift to him as an appreciation. Jute bag gift shall be provided by the company.
Requirements
- Only for male candidates.
- Min qualification:- 10th/ 12th/ Graduate
- At least 1 years experience in Sales. Exposure to construction products will be an advantage.
- Should be flexible to work in market
- Should have DL &; Bike
