Job Title: Customer Support Advisor – International Process

Work Location: Kolkata

Work From Office

Shift: Rotational Shift and Night Shift

Week Off: 5 days working (2 days rotational week off)

Requirements

Qualification: Any Regular Graduate only with NO GAPS in educational background

B.E./B.TECH qualification is NOT applicable.

Candidate should have,

• Good Communication skills. No average comms will be considered.
• Must have a minimum of 9 months of BPO experience.
• Resolve customer queries over chats and emails.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Good technical knowledge
