• End to Transaction of Reports.
• Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The job will require you to handle minimum 25 members who are supporting for inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.
• Perform problem cause analysis
• Resolve customer queries and achieve customer delight.
• Ability to Identify Opportunity and Implement Process Improvements
  Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals.
  Creating innovative thinking skills for the team to ensure the smooth work of the team members.

Requirements

• 
  Skills Required :
• Candidate should havi minimum 1 year as TEAm Leader experience on papers
• Should be flexible with rotational Shifts
• Excellent English Communication Skills Good in Shrink management/attrition management/ performance management/ attrition management.
• Graduates / PUC / Diploma fresher or Experience in BPO (0-3yrs) can apply
