Experience Level: 10 -12 Years’ experience in Liaison work of any large category reputed manufacturing Unit

Must Haves:

1. Sound Knowledge about Various Factory Acts and Compliances related to following Govt. departments:

• West Bengal Pollution Control Board/CPCB
• Explosives Dept
• Boiler Inspectorate
• DG Inspectorate
• Fire License Dept
• Electricity Dept
• SWID
• PHED

1. Conversant with West Bengal Municipal Act and Compliance as per Regulations

2. Ability to deal with officials of Pollution Control Boards, Boiler Inspectorate, and other statutory bodies for day to day and accordingly for clearances, within stipulated time period

3. Should have proven track record of maintaining compliances in his past organization

4. Well conversant with Bengali, English, & Hindi.

5. Good Communication skills & command over MS office.

6. Keen to do record keeping in digital mode

Effective & Timely Management of Liaison jobs with statutory bodies and other agencies as a part of the Engineering Services to support the production & service function of the unit.

Job Context & Major Challenges:

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:

• Ensure Compliance as per CPCB & WBPCB Regulations
• Coordination with West Bengal Municipal Offices for approvals
• Coordination with Boiler Inspectorate for approvals
• Coordination with Electricity Dept & DG Inspectorate for approvals
• Coordination with Fire & Explosives Dept for approvals
• Coordination with SWID & PHED Dept for approvals
