Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 6 months- 1.5 yrs
Responsibilities:
- Must be in charge of keeping interview schedules and keep calendars up to date.
- Should be responsible for confirming the availability of internal and external participants for scheduled meetings.
- Send out reminders for scheduled meetings to concerned persons and also be responsible for confirming appointments and scheduling meetings.
- Respond to scheduling inquiries via phone calls or e-mails.
- Must document and record the scheduling processes.
- Should also be prompt in canceling or rescheduling meetings.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Should have knowledge of office applications, such as Excel and MS Word
- Should have knowledge of video communication software like Google Meet, Zoom, etc.
- Must have outstanding communication, social, and organizational abilities
- Candidates should have the capability to maintain the participants for the interviews informed of schedule changes and respond to questions.
- Must have an understanding of record-keeping procedures and rescheduling, and appointment confirmation.
- Having knowledge in scheduling interviews in Zoho software is an added advantage
