Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree


Experience: 6 months- 1.5 yrs


Responsibilities:
  • Must be in charge of keeping interview schedules and keep calendars up to date.
  • Should be responsible for confirming the availability of internal and external participants for scheduled meetings.
  • Send out reminders for scheduled meetings to concerned persons and also be responsible for confirming appointments and scheduling meetings.
  • Respond to scheduling inquiries via phone calls or e-mails.
  • Must document and record the scheduling processes.
  • Should also be prompt in canceling or rescheduling meetings.


Requirements


Requirements:

  • Should have knowledge of office applications, such as Excel and MS Word
  • Should have knowledge of video communication software like Google Meet, Zoom, etc.
  • Must have outstanding communication, social, and organizational abilities
  • Candidates should have the capability to maintain the participants for the interviews informed of schedule changes and respond to questions.
  • Must have an understanding of record-keeping procedures and rescheduling, and appointment confirmation.
  • Having knowledge in scheduling interviews in Zoho software is an added advantage
