Overview

The Comapny is looking for Senior IT Support Executive to join a global team responsible for IT operations across 9 centers located in India, the US and Bhutan. The Senior IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing remote support for all centers and when required, on-site support for the center to which he/she is assigned (Saltlake, Metiabruz, Baruipur, Bhubaneswar, Ranchi, Shillong, Vishakhapatnam or Bhutan). He/she must be able to work a rotational 8-hour shift schedule to support Company’s 24 hour/day 7 days/week operation.


Job Description

  • Configure center and home office computers, software and peripheral devices.
  • Record allocation of software licenses and computer equipment to projects, centers, home offices and staff members.
  • Configure and maintain local and virtual private networks.
  • Support the deployment of cloud applications.
  • Organize and schedule patches, upgrades and anti-virus updates maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
  • Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes.
  • Manage ISP service providers.
  • Manage credentials required to access Company systems in response to employee onboarding and separation events.
  • Provide Service Desk Level 3 support:
    • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve system issues.
    • Respond to cloud platforms, networks and computer systems incidents.
    • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.


Requirements


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as IT Technician or relevant position,
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Anti-virus tools and patch management tools,
  • Experience with LANs, WANs and Wi-Fi networks and associated equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN servers),
  • Experience with AWS, GCP and/or Azure cloud platforms,
  • Experience with service management and remote desk top management tools,
  • Knowledge of Ivanti EPM, Ivanti Service Manager and Winmagic preferred,
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills,
  • Excellent English-language communication ability,
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills,
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment,
  • In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks,
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles,
  • Certification as IT Technician.

CTC: Upto 13 Lacs/PA + Incentive + CAB +Allowances
