Candidate should have minimum 1 Years experience in International BPO with Good knowledge in Technical Support/ Networking Support

Shift: Rotational Shift

Week Off: 2 Days Rotational Week Off

Requirements

1. Minimum qualification- Graduate.

2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Networking domain.

3. Good understanding of basic networking and have knowledge on different LAN and WAN

protocols (STP, ARP, HSRP, VRRP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, static routing, SNMP etc.) and

circuit type (ADSL/DSL, FTTC, FTTP, MPLS, Internet link) and concept on Access Control List,

switching technologies, IP addressing, NAT, class of service etc.

4. Good verbal and written communication skill.

5. CCNA certification will be preferred.
