Full Job Description

  • Ensure timely implementation of PMS within agreed process guidelines; provide guidance to appraisers for consistent goal setting, performance review and feedback.
  • Analyze, identify and communicate training needs for the staff through performance appraisals, feedback, etc.; share training calendar, partner with Principals/project heads to collate training nominations.
  • Collate manpower requirements, update manpower database, partner with a line for timely staffing of vacancies through candidate sourcing, interviews, joining formalities, etc.
  • Maintain and update personnel files including details of joining, compensation, promotions, transfers etc.
  • Gather field employees’ feedback through ongoing one-on-one interactions, exit interviews etc.; collate inputs and share with HR to better design future policies/processes.
  • Assist in carrying out Employee Satisfaction Surveys as assigned.
  • Identify and address employee concerns/grievances, take proactive action or escalate to HR specialists and/or appropriate line authority.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory & non-statutory HR aspects, i.e. PF, ESI, Gratuity etc.
  • Organize coaching and counseling sessions for employees as required.
  • All matters related to employee services
  • Maintaining harmonious employee relations and proactive communication with HR in National Office.
  • Handling of all HR-related legal matters including labor disputes, court cases etc, including assistance in appointment of advocates, and following up on pending legal cases.
  • payroll management in collaboration with the accounts team.
  • Any other task as assigned from time to time.
