* Education: 10+2 (English medium proffered)

* Job Summary:

• To gain customer into the platform of an online gaming site.
• Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of the online site and hand-holding in registration online.
• To be able to enter data and engage through web chat and social media.
• All back-end activities support of the gaming platform.
• Should be able to take the KYC Documents and approve.
• Includes data entry, should be good in handling data.
• Should be able to communicate through social media and web chatting.
• Includes withdrawal support.
• Must have excellent spoken & communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Should be exceptionally smart, confident and independent worker.

* Desired Abilities:

• Candidates from Inbound process is preferred.
• Smart candidates who has good command over English & Hindi (both)
• English medium educational background preferred.

* Skills:

• Must have excellent knowledge on CRICKET.
• Must have good knowledge on MS-EXCEL.
• Must have fluency in English, Hindi & Bengali.
• Must have passion for CRICKET.

* Gross Salary: Rs. 10,000/- to 12,000 p.m. (Depending on work experience and present salary)

* Week Off : 1 day (rotational)

** Work-from-home will be given only during Evening & Night shifts only.
