We are hiring an Exp (Min 1–2Yrs) Female HR Manager (IT Sector). The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employees managing, implementing, and evaluating others back office activities across our organization.

Designation: HR Recruitment Manager

Experience: Min 1–2 Yrs of Exp in IT Sector recruitment.

Salary: 1,44,000—1,80,000 / Year (Please don’t Apply if Your Expectation is Over)

Work Location: Sodepur, Kolkata, West Bengal (Currently WFH Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Hiring designers/developers as per service vertical demand.
• Coordinate office rules and execute with team members.
• Assist with hiring & expense planning.
• Understand the requirement and prepare Ads for the same.
• Identify and resolve employees challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple task at a time.
• Communicate with Management and Team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic background.
• A good, professional and polite behavior Female candidate Only.
• A strong knowledge/experience about IT sectors employee hiring.
• First language should be Bengali with smooth communication.
• Proven resource hiring experience in IT (Website & App Development)
• Excellent communication skill in English (Written & Verbal).

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
