Responsibilities

• Layout & implement technology driven smart security strategy to optimize cost of all resources.
• Create alignment of security function with business.
• Implement all tools & technologies for data-based decision-making.
• Develop and implement security risk mitigation plan.
• Provide assurance of security system and process across BU.
• Review security related documents, such as incidents reports, proposals and tactical or strategic initiatives.
• Train subordinates and security professionals in security domain & ensure capability building.
• Supervise security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire, and other agencies.
• Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.
• Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches.
• Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements. policies and directives.
• Analysis of security data to determine security needs, security program goals, or program accomplishments.
• Dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement standard security practices and deliver site development plans.
• Maintain close liaison with Civil Administration, Police, influential individuals.
• Close coordination with land, communication & CSR teams.
• Judicious budget planning & expenditure.

QualificationsEducational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree
• Higher degree in relevant field preferably
• Preferable to have Certified Protection Professional (CPP) / Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) / I&V related professional certifications.

Experience

• More than 20 years of experience in the field of Security.
• Preference for ex-Army Officers.

Should have knowledge of IT tools and system.
