We are hiring for Hr cum Admin Assistant for our own organization.

What would you do?
- Maintaining employee records & keeping them up to date in totality.
- Managing leave & attendance records on the system.
- Handling employee payroll.
- Managing entire onboarding and exit process end to end, maintaining employee personal files, issuance of letters, and managing background verification/reference checks by following set processes.
- Coordinate for office supplies and stationeries as and when required
- Managing the reception, visitors, guests, etc.
- Answering and forwarding phone call, and taking messages.
- Helping the BD team in lead generation.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month

Desired Candidate Profile
Only Female candidates minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office or in HR can apply
- Should have good communication skills and a pleasing personality.
- Smart and Professional attire.
- Must be very fluent in English. Hindi & Bengali.
- Good writing skills .
