Job Description for Interior Sale cum Site-Supervisor

Desired Skills:-
1. Experience of 1 to 3 years in turnkey interior work (Salon, residence, hotels, offices, villas.)
2. Qualification Experience Matter.
3. Knowledge of MS-excel and auto-cad.(Optional)
4. Supervision of the ongoing civil, interior, MEP work, and finishing activities.
5. Check the quality of all material received on site.
6. Coordination with subcontractors, vendors & laborers.
7. Coordination between different agencies for smooth working.
8. Arrange the next day’s work In advance.
9. Get the maximum output from labor.
10. Maintain the cleanliness of the site and prepare daily reports and department labor bills.
11. Taking measurements, and project schedule.
12. Maintain the site record and complete the work under the timeline.
13. Coordinate with the labor and sub-contractors.
14. Understand material requirements and place the orders of the same with the office.
15. Ensure timely completion of projects.
16..Building an on-going relationship with clients and new potential clients.
17..Taking every walk-in to the showroom around and familiarizing them with the product and company values.
18. Interacting with the customer, understanding their design requirements, and presenting product and design.
19. Ensuring that effective designs are generated and presented to clients.
20. Visiting the client site, proposing of design, quotation and presentation.
21. Interacting with the site coordinator and ensuring that the site is ready for installations.
22. Interacting and building the brand with Architects, Interior Designers, Real Estate Developers etc.
23. Achieving the set targets by strategizing, planning and motivating the entire team.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
