Work with Digital Marketing Team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.

Design marketing material/collateral for the clients, which includes logo design, flyers, brochures, stationery, postcards, leaflets, etc.

Create new assets (icons, images, etc.) in collaboration with the brand

Should be able to brainstorm with the team & provide creative direction.

Candidates with experience in the entire process from visualization to print or web output to produce high-quality design projects will be preferred.

Ensure the final creative are visually appealing and in line with the brand

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong portfolio of graphic design, branding and illustrations.

Min. 2 years of experience in graphic design

Hands on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects & Premiere Pro

Strong in-depth knowledge of graphic design for print media & social media.

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements from clients or the Internal team.

Ability to design eye-catching marketing / promotional banners.

Experience in designing creative for Ad campaigns, web banners, social media Ads & Festive or weekly Posts, Display Ads etc.

Good understanding of design standards, consistency, Typography, Iconography, color theory, style guide, accessibility, copyright and brand compliance.

Candidates with experience in the entire process from visualization to print or web output to produce high-quality design projects will be preferred.

Experience in creating explainer videos/reels/shorts for clients to post on social media, YouTube & websites is a plus.
