Job Description:

• To achieve a Sales Target monthly, Quarterly and Annually.
• The Ethical Promotion of Advanov’s Innovative products in his/her territory by clearly communicating with Doctors , chemist, distributors.
• Ensuring quality execution in terms of detailing/conducting scientific symposiums etc as per the company guidelines.
• To Meet the stockiest for products availability, chemist survey for better marketing.
• Manage sales & marketing operations with focus sales growth.
• CME & CRM Activities.

Require Candidates:

• Candidates who are Science graduates with 6 months to 1 year experience in particular pharma sales background in Gynec/Paediatric segment.
• Candidates with high level of integrity & honesty, hardworking, self-motivator and passionate about enhancing quality of life and contributing to healthier future.
• Being able to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to build strong and sustainable relationships.
• High learning agility.
• Trustworthy and be able to work independently within the company policy & guidelines.
• Good communication skills, innovative , target driven.
• Candidate should be young and Dynamic.

Salary: ₹2,00,000.00 – ₹ 4,00,000.00 per year
