Relationship manager- Health agency- Agency Channel
Location: Jamshedpur & Siliguri
CTC: 3.5 lacs fixed + quarterly incentives
Experience: Min. 1 year in relevant field
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure diversification of portfolio into the health products.
Responsible for recruitment of Agents through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets.
Responsible for achieving overall GWP (Gross Written Premium).
Responsible for sustainable profitability.
Responsible to maintain COR at budgeted levels.
