• Responsible for delivery of training sessions as per the assigned schedule and within-firm timelines and ensuring smooth & regular running of batches.
• Manage and maintain offline classes, Online batches, and student records.
• Grooming the students for attending Interviews.
• Preparing and setting Mock tests, examination papers, and exercises.
• Attend walk-ins and telephonic queries for IELTS. IELTS trainer with great enthusiasm towards teaching and a motivation to help students achieve their goals with result-oriented training approach.
• Training the students for IELTS to achieve the required score
• Providing correct guidance on every question and clearing doubts
• Taking care of evaluations for the students
• Basic administration work such as student record and attendance
• Interact with students 1:1 and guide them on their IELTS journey
• Creating content for Leap Scholar IELTS Products – exercises, videos, mock tests
• To ensure timely corrective action is taken to resolve all challenges faced by the students

Salary: ₹9,286.93 – ₹28,234.65 per month
