Job Description: HR Recruiter

1. Candidate will be responsible for complete recruitment life cycle which includes

2. Receiving requirement requisition from hiring managers.

3. Understanding JD and coordinating with hiring managers for clarification on queries.

4. Posting jobs details on job portals and social media portals for generating candidate pool.

5. Screening and shortlisting candidates as per JD.

6. Taking 1st round of interviews for accessing preliminary skills.

7. Coordinating with hiring managers for technical interview.

8. Coordination and follow-up with selected candidate till his joining.

9. Participating in joining and induction formalities of hired candidates.

Requirements :

• Proven working experience as HR Recruiter
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Leadership skills
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations
